Multi-Channel Digital Strategy & SEO Optimisation

Green Fulfilment, the UK's leading sustainable third-party logistics provider, approached us in early 2023 facing significant growth challenges across their B2B and D2C fulfilment services. Despite substantial investment in paid advertising, they were struggling with low traffic volumes and poor conversion rates that were hampering both growth and profitability.

After a comprehensive digital audit, we discovered heavy dependence on expensive paid traffic channels with minimal organic presence. Their PPC campaigns lacked strategic targeting for high-value leads, whilst missing opportunities across SEO, content marketing, and email channels. The competitive nature of logistics keywords meant their cost-per-click was unsustainably high with limited scalability.
