Terms & Conditions
Last updated 7 September 2026
These terms govern your use of skayl.co.uk, operated by Skayl Digital Agency Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 12712358. By using the site you accept them.
Using this site
You may use the site for your own business purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated tools to extract its contents at scale.
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Applications and bookings
Completing an application form or booking a call does not create a contract between us and does not oblige us to provide any service. We may decline an application for any reason.
Any services we go on to provide are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Results, case studies and guarantees
The figures, case studies and testimonials shown on this site are real outcomes achieved by named Skayl clients. They are examples of what has been achieved, not averages and not predictions.
What any particular business achieves depends on factors specific to it, including its market, margins, offer, product, pricing, operations and the budget available. We cannot and do not promise that you will get the same or similar results.
Where we advertise a performance guarantee, the terms of that guarantee, including what has to be true for it to apply, are set out in the signed agreement between us. Nothing on this website forms part of that guarantee or varies it.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, video, images, branding and the systems and frameworks we describe, belongs to us or is used under licence. You may not copy, republish or adapt it without our written permission.
Other sites
Where we link to another organisation's site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any business loss arising from your use of this site, including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
